2019 Jazz List Bliss

Here's a follow-up to my 2019 all-Canadian jazz lists. For those who don't do this sort of thing, it's even harder to cast the net wider. The first list expands on the 10-entry ballot that I sent to Francis Davis for this year's NPR aggregate jazz critics' list, and I admit to doing some tweaking.
