The Rotary Club of Norwich and Otis Library will host diversity-themed events throughout September, in recognition of the 2017 Celebrate Cultural Diversity event Sept.19. Dennis Wong, of the Westport Sunrise Rotary Club, will speak at 6 p.m. Sept. 21.
