WorkSafeBC to investigate worker's fall at Vancouver's Hotel Georgia

A worker is in hospital after falling through an awning at Vancouver’s Hotel Georgia on Tuesday morning.
Const. Jason Doucette said police were called just before 6 a.m. Tuesday to the sidewalk outside the hotel, located at 801 West Georgia Street, for the report of a workplace accident.
“One man has been taken to hospital in serious condition after an apparent fall and WorkSafeBC is on scene conducting their investigation,” said Doucette in an email.
