Winter weather closes Coquihalla highway

The Coquihalla highway is closed to southbound travel between Merritt and Hope.
Treacherous winter conditions and a multi-vehicle crash near Coldwater Road, south of Merritt, closed the key route Monday afternoon.
Images from the scene show multiple personal vehicles and several semi-trucks are involved.
The BC Ambulance Service transported four people to hospital.
