Winner of B.C.'s largest Lotto 6/49 jackpot allowed to stay anonymous

The B.C. Lottery Corporation is allowing the winner of B.C.’s largest Lotto 6/49 jackpot to remain anonymous.
The winning ticket in the record $30-million April 25 draw was purchased at the IGA grocery store on Parkway Boulevard in Coquitlam.
The winner, however, didn’t want their name to be made public — and the BCLC, despite having a policy that requires all winners to agree to have their name, photo and hometown published, granted their request.
