White Rock mayor won't seek re-election

After 30 years in White Rock’s government, first as city manager and now as mayor, Wayne Baldwin has announced that he will not run in this fall’s municipal election.
It’s a choice Baldwin said he made before he even began his second term in 2014.
“I made that decision during that last election if I did get elected I would not go again,” Baldwin said Wednesday afternoon. “Seven years is enough.”
