Whistler Blackcomb ski guide dies in avalanche

A 49-year-old Pemberton woman and Whistler Blackcomb ski guide died Wednesday after she was buried by an avalanche while leading a ski tour.
The B.C. Coroners Service and Whistler RCMP are investigating the incident which occurred at around 2:40 p.m in South Creek, a popular heli-skiing area northwest of Pemberton.
