West Kelowna no longer under state of emergency due to flooding

West Kelowna’s state of local emergency has been rescinded due to a reduction in the threat of flooding, the Central Okanagan Emergency Operations said Monday.
States of local emergency remain in effect for the Regional District of Central Okanagan and for the City of Kelowna, although the latter will expire Monday at midnight.
