Vaughn Palmer: Weaver vows to bring down NDP if LNG climate plan fails
VICTORIA — From a retired MLA comes a suggestion for how B.C. Green leader Andrew Weaver could use the rules to bring the legislature to a halt in protest over the NDP drive to develop liquefied natural gas.
