Vancouver's median rents drop ever so slightly: report

Rent is still expensive but there could be some signs of relief.
Vancouver fell to second place in Padmapper’s latest ranking of the most expensive rental markets across Canada, with the asking price for a one-bedroom rental dropping 4.3 per cent to $2,000. Meanwhile, two-bedroom listings saw a smaller decline of 1.5 per cent to $3,200.
Toronto nabbed top spot for one-bedroom rent this time around — the two cities continue to trade places on the ranking — increasing half a perc
