Vancouver Weather: Wind warning, rainfall warning in effect

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for Metro Vancouver, as strong winds that may cause damage are expected throughout the region this weekend.
The City of Vancouver, including Burnaby and New Westminster, Metro Vancouver including Surrey and Langley, and the North Shore, including North and West Vancouver, are all expected to be impacted by the heavy winds as a Pacific frontal system approaches the south coast on Friday.
