Vancouver weather: Wake up because September has ended

VANCOUVER, B.C.: Oct. 1, 2018 – Monday’s weather kicks off a  new month with rain and showers.
Environment Canada still has an rainfall warning in effect for Metro Vancouver and the North Shore, with 30 to 50 millimetres of rain expected by this morning. Residents are being warned to keep an eye out for flash floods and water pooling on roads.
