VANCOUVER, B.C.: FEB. 19, 2018 – It will be a week of cold weather beginning Monday, when a brief mix of sun and cloud serves only to warm up the Metro Vancouver region just enough before snow returns on Wednesday.
Just a handful of residents across the Metro Vancouver region were without power on Monday morning, after a storm over the weekend knocked out service in some areas.Weather: Vancouver, B.C.
