Vancouver Weather: Sunny today … but rain is coming

VANCOUVER, B.C.: Monday, April 1 — Vancouver can expect more beautiful spring weather today and tomorrow …. but things will take a turn for the wet later this week.
Environment Canada says we can expect sunshine and a high of 16 C today, with the temperature rising up to 21 further inland.
