Vancouver Weather: Sunny, but bone-chilling cold

VANCOUVER, B.C. –  The cold snap continues Wednesday in Metro Vancouver, with sunshine, wind gusts of up to 15 km/h, and a high of zero. Environment Canada says with the wind chill it will feel like – 14 C in the morning. Overnight the temperature dips back down to – 3 C with increasing cloudiness, and then the region could see some more snow flurries or showers on Thursday, with a high of 2 C.
