Vancouver Weather: Mostly cloudy, possible sunny breaks in the afternoon

VANCOUVER, B.C. – The weather for Tuesday looks mainly cloudy with a slight chance of showers this morning and wind near the water. Though Environment also Canada forecasts possible sunny breaks during the day, and a high of 17 C. The agency is predicting a similar weather pattern for most of the week, with a slight chance of showers on Wednesday and Thursday and then rain on Friday. Looking ahead to the weekend, the rain could continue through Saturday, and then the sunshine returns for a
