Vancouver weather: Fraser Valley snowfall warnings as arctic blast hits Metro

Environment Canada renewed a snowfall warning for the Fraser Valley as an arctic blast swept into Metro Vancouver, dipping temperatures below freezing.
Earlier in the day the weather agency posted a special weather statement for the region, saying an arctic blast was due to hit the south coast on Saturday night.
As the cold front moved in, a new warning was posted noting “rain has transitioned to snow over many areas” and was accumulating quickly inland.
