Vancouver Weather: Classes cancelled, SkyTrain back to normal service after disruptions

VANCOUVER – A winter storm has closed post-secondary schools and caused chaos on local transit.
A snowfall warning remains in effect for Metro Vancouver.  
Environment Canada said up to 10-20 centimetres would fall in parts of Metro Vancouver with 25 centimetres of snow possible near the North Shore mountains. Areas near the water were expected to see lower amounts as the snow becomes wet or mixed with rain this afternoon and tonight.
