Vancouver Weather: All is cloudy on New Year's Day

VANCOUVER, B.C.: Jan. 1, 2019 –  Metro Vancouver will receive a little of everything Tuesday morning as the New Year brings us a mixed bag of weather.
Environment Canada says we can expect cloudy skies today with a little sun peeking through. There is a 30 per cent chance of rain or flurries this afternoon.
Folks in parts of Surrey are reporting light snowfall this morning.
