Vancouver Weather: Alert in effect for snow or freezing rain

VANCOUVER, B.C. –  It looks like Friday will be the final day of this long stretch of sunny but frosty weather in Metro Vancouver before a week of rain begins. Environment Canada says Friday will be mainly sunny and cold with a high of 3 C.
