With respect to Chief Stewart Phillip, Premier John Horgan, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and others, I cannot understand how anybody who has read the U.N. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples can imagine it can be usefully incorporated into our 21st century world.
