Premier John Horgan should immediately declare that the electoral reform referendum results are invalid and halt the vote counting to stop wasting more time and money.
With the final date for voting having passed, and substantially fewer than half of eligible voters casting a ballot, any perceived outcome is insufficient to act upon.
