Perhaps Vancouver Mayor-elect Kennedy Stewart can clarify which of his following recent statements is true — that he can start talking to Ottawa “on my own” about changing the subway to go all the way to the University of B.C. even if he doesn’t find a lot of support from his colleagues on council or that, “I see myself as one of 10. I don’t see myself as one plus 10.”
