Vancouver ride-hailing app Kater to test launch March 30

Locally developed ride-hailing app Kater, which has the support of Vancouver’s taxi industry, will launch in a limited capacity at the end of this month.
“We were able to come up with a system that works,” said Kater CEO Scott Larson. “We think consumers will like it, we’re excited about it. It allows people to get around easier, quicker, with some level of predictability.”
