Vancouver police search for missing woman with special needs

Vancouver police are asking for the public’s help in finding Veronica Opal Ewin, a 26-year-old woman with special needs who has been missing since early  Wednesday morning.
Ewin, who police say has the mental capacity of a seven-year-old, was last seen at 3 a.m. Wednesday near Knight Street and East 37th Avenue.
She is described as white, 5-foot-7 with a heavy build, with blue eyes, and blonde hair that is dyed pink with green streaks. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket
