Vancouver park board taking another look at charging for parking at Spanish Banks

Just weeks after shelving a plan to charge for parking at Spanish Banks, Vancouver’s park board is once again taking a look at applying fees to the city’s lone remaining free beachside lots.
A pair of proposals were discussed at Monday night’s meeting: one to look at city-wide parking passes, another to look at creating a first-two-hours-free system.
Vision Vancouver commissioner Catherine Evans proposed the pass system while the NPA’s Casey Crawford pitched bringing in t
