Vancouver man arrested after day-long standoff in West End

A 34-year-old man has been arrested after a day-long standoff in Vancouver’s West End.
According to police, the incident began around 4 a.m. Wednesday morning, when VPD were called to a disturbance at an apartment on Hornby near Drake Street. There, investigating officers located two men and a woman, along with drugs and a firearm.
