Vancouver introduces stricter water restrictions on May 1

The City of Vancouver has reduced the number of days you can water your lawn.
Under the new drinking water conservation bylaw approved Wednesday by city council, the restrictions will start on May 1 and allow watering on just two days a week, instead of three.
The city is following the lead of Metro Vancouver’s drinking water conservation plan.
