Vancouver Greens nominate 11 candidates for civic election

The Green Party has nominated a slate of 11 candidates — four for city council, three for park board and four for school board — to run in the Oct. 20 Vancouver civic election.
Current city councillor Adriane Carr, who was the top vote getter in the 2014 Vancouver municipal election, will be seeking a third term at city hall. Also running for a Green seat on council are current park board commissioner Michael Wiebe, community activist Pete Fry, who was the Green candidate in the 2017
