Uppal brothers, wanted after kidnapping, have turned themselves in

A week after reaching out to the public to determine the whereabouts of two men wanted in a kidnapping, police say the Uppal brothers have turned themselves in.
Pavandeep Uppal, 22, and Jasondeep Uppal, 19, were being sought in connection to an alleged kidnapping in which the victim was confined, violently assaulted, then released, suffering injuries that were not life-threatening.
