UPDATE: B.C. Hydro restores power to thousands in Delta

UPDATE: B.C. Hydro reports it has restored power to 10,000 customers in Delta.B.C. Hydro crews are working on restoring power to more than 10,000 customers in South Delta this afternoon.
Hydro is blaming the power outage on a transmission circuit failure.
No estimate has been provided as to when power will be restored.
