Two people injured after being struck by train in Chilliwack

Two people were taken to hospital with unknown injuries after they were struck by a Canadian Pacific Rail freight train Tuesday night.
The RCMP and CP have not released many details, but there are reports two women were struck.
Patrick Waldron, a spokesman for CP Rail, confirmed the incident involved a CP train heading westbound on CN tracks shortly before 9 p.m. near Old Yale Road.
