Three dead, including one pedestrian, in separate Metro Vancouver crashes

Three people have died in separate collisions across Metro Vancouver in just over six hours.
The driver of a truck was killed and two passengers are seriously hurt after the truck flipped on the Lougheed Highway through Burnaby at around 1 a.m. Friday.
RCMP say heavy rain may have contributed to the crash.
Dark, wet conditions and poor visibility may also have been factors in the death of a pedestrian in Surrey.
