Surrey recruiting Canadian drivers for Washington road pricing pilot project

The City of Surrey is recruiting 200 Canadian drivers to participate in Washington state’s road pricing pilot project.
The goal for the road usage charge pilot is to test how a new system of paying for state transportation projects will work across the international border and affect Lower Mainland residents who regularly go stateside.
