Surrey RCMP search for gunman after transit cop shot

Mounties in Surrey are hunting for a person who shot a Transit Police officer on the Scott Road SkyTrain station platform on Wednesday afternoon.
Surrey RCMP received 911 calls reporting a shooting around 4:20 p.m., Assistant Commissioner Dwayne McDonald said at a news conference late Wednesday.
At the same time Metro Vancouver Transit Police informed the RCMP that one of their officers had been shot on the plaform at the Scott Road SkyTrain Station.
According to an employee at the nearby Hertz
