Surrey RCMP looking for suspect in alleged hit and run

Police are on the lookout for a driver who they allege struck a pedestrian with their car Sunday night in Surrey.
According to Surrey RCMP, around 8 p.m. Sunday a woman was crossing King George Boulevard in the 2700-block when she was struck by a black four-door sedan, possibly an early-2000s model Acura TL, being driven by a woman wearing a dark jacket and light pants.
The driver then drove off.
The victim, a 38-year-old woman, was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injurie
