Surrey plans to install cameras to catch illegal garbage dumping

Surrey wants to install surveillance cameras throughout the city to catch people illegally dumping garbage.
A request for proposals calls for 10 or more outdoor surveillance cameras in locations still to be determined, said Ray Kerr, Surrey’s manager of engineering operations.
