Surrey Election: Have you been approached about your absentee voting ballot?

A Surrey anti-crime group alleges an absentee-ballot election fraud scheme is taking place in advance of the Oct. 20 municipal elections.
The scheme involves a political party or parties coordinating 600 “poll captains” to each make a list of 25 voters, collecting personal information from each person in order to obtain, fill-out and submit their mail-in ballots on their behalf.
