Student with pellet gun leads to lockdown at Delta schools

Delta police are asking parents to talk to their kids about replica guns and safety after a student with a pellet gun led to a partial school lockdown Monday afternoon.
Police say both Delview Secondary and Gibson Elementary were placed into a “code yellow” at noon after police received a report about a suspicious person spotted near the schools carrying what looked like a gun.
