SPCA seizes more than 50 neglected animals from Okanagan property

Forty-six horses, four dogs and four hogs have been seized from a North Vernon property by the B.C. SPCA.
The SPCA executed a warrant Monday after receiving complaints that the animals had been left unattended on the property and were not receiving adequate care.
