Snowy Coquihalla closed both directions between Hope and Merritt

A huge dump of snow is causing traffic chaos on the Coquihalla Highway.

— Drive BC (@DriveBC) October 28, 2018According to Drive B.C., winter conditions and a vehicle incident have closed the Coquihalla (Highway 5) in both directions for a 109-kilometre stretch between Hope and Merritt.
Drivers are advised to take alternate routes, either Highway 1 or Highway 3.
