Side Dishes: Do-not-touch chocolates

Wild Sweets Chocolate owners Dominique and Cindy Duby have always made artful chocolates but this one’s going to be exhibited at the Richmond Art Gallery City Hall Galleria.
In a collaboration with artist Linda Mitsui of Profile Design Group their work will include chocolate sculptures weighing about 75 pounds each. As well, the exhibit will include photographic canvases centred around Wild Sweets’ hand-painted chocolates. The sculptures and photographs will be on display from April
