COMPETING VISIONS OF CLIMATE POPULISM – 4 p.m.
Shane Gunster (SFU), Bob Neubauer (SFU) and Paul Saurette (University of Ottawa) lead a discussion on how ecological populism and extractive populism compete in shaping the national debate about climate and energy.
