Senior leadership at B.C. legislature put on administrative leave
VICTORIA – The senior leadership of B.C.’s legislature was suspended Tuesday in an unprecedented shakeup within the legislative assembly that allegedly involves a police investigation and special prosecutor.
NDP House Leader Mike Farnworth announced that clerk of the legislature Craig James and sergeant-at-arms Gary Lenz were immediately being placed on administrative leave and being escorted out of the building.
