Second Vancouver pot shop receives its provincial licence

A second Vancouver cannabis outlet has received its provincial licence, making it just the fifth dispensary in B.C. to do so.
City Cannabis Company, which operates a dispensary at 610 Robson St. that’s already open for business, has received the first licence of 2019 — but not for the downtown Vancouver location. 
Rather, the licence is for a location at 7289 Fraser St. that does not yet have a projected opening date.
