Search scaled back, three still missing after boat capsizes near Tofino

A search for three people missing off the coast of Tofino after a boat capsized early Friday has been scaled back, with no sign of survivors.
Katelyn Moores, a spokeswoman with the Joint Rescue Co-ordination Centre in Victoria, said crews were called out around 3 a.m. Friday, after multiple 911 calls for help came in from people on the shoreline in the Duffin Cove area who heard cries for help.
