Riverdale's K.J. Apa spotted in new trailer for The Hate U Give

The new trailer for The Hate U Give has premiered, giving Riverdale fans a brief glimpse of K.J. Apa in his next film role.
The film, which was adapted from author Angie Thomas’s young adult novel of the same name, stars Apa as the privileged boyfriend of a black student who is the only witness in her bestfriend’s murder by police.
The student is played by Amandla Stenberg; the film also stars Regina Hall, Issa Rae and Common.
