Richmond RCMP investigates explosion on No. 1 Road

Richmond RCMP are looking for answers after someone set off an explosive Tuesday night at a residence in the 8000 block of No. 1 Road.
Police responded to the home after receiving reports of possible gunfire.  The damage left behind, however, was consistent with the detonation of an improvised explosive device.
