I first reported on United Nations gang killer Michael Newman’s suit against the federal government back in 2014, alleging Kent Institution officers were negligent by placing him in an area where rival Red Scorpions could attack. He had said repeatedly that he would be in danger from the RS.
Newman is clearly not the most sympathetic of characters – having been convicted in the brutal murder of Marc Rozen, a lawyer who had started working with troubled youth. Rozen was selling an eng
