REAL SCOOP: Roueche appeals for reduction in 30-year sentence

United Nations gang founder Clay Roueche wants the judge who sentenced him to 30 years back in 2009 to knock a few years off his sentence. Roueche is representing himself in trying to get his term lowered by eight years.
He is saying that a 2014 change in the threshold for the amount of drugs in his case means he is eligible for the deduction. The U.S. Attorney in Seattle disagrees.
